Our Programs
Our programs include subjects that encompass basic knowledge: the alphabet, numbers, shapes, colors...
Each child receives a workbook as well as activity sheets throughout the year. We also provide opportunities to explore many other important topics with weekly themes related to daily life, science, geography, holidays and special events. We regularly do artistic and manual activities, to give children the opportunity to express themselves while developing their fine and gross motor skills. Our program has many different ways to enrich the language: singing, reading, talking, writing, drawing, nursery rhymes, poems, music and stories.
Language and vocabulary have improved a lot over the years. Our programs and curriculum offer children the opportunity to integrate oral comprehension, oral and written production into daily activities, all in French or English.
For school levels, the emphasis is on oral production and comprehension but also on reading and writing, syntax and spelling.
Children are constantly using and experimenting with math concepts throughout the day, even if they don't yet know it. We create experiences that strengthen math skills and reasoning so that children can problem solve and use math in real and meaningful ways through a variety of teachings.
The fine arts encourage important skills such as creative thinking, adaptation, problem solving, innovation, and monitoring. At Bravo! we encourage children to use their imagination and creative thinking through various experiences.
If we observe young children as they explore their world, we can see them using scientific processes such as observing, experimenting, predicting, drawing conclusions, and communicating their ideas to others. Through our preschool science program, our educators nurture children's natural curiosity.
Because young children are forming attitudes and behaviors that will influence them throughout their lives, we do our best to get them used to healthy lifestyles. Every day, our cook prepares lunch for the children with fresh and quality products.
